Our venue allows you to be as creative as possible. Planning an event can be difficult, but yet fun. We want you to know that we are here to help you in any way we can.

ROOM “A” approximately 49 PEOPLE $800 up to 7 hrs. or $200 per hr, It includes tables,chairs,use of the bar counter, sink & fridge.

ROOM”B” approximately 99 PEOPLE $1,000 up to 7 hrs. or $250 per hr. It includes tables,chairs, fridge, Bar, sink & Stage.

Vic’s Event Center was founded in 2005 by Vicky Whitmore, who was born in the Philippines and move to Hawaii at an early age, where she later met her late husband, Virgil Whitmore Sr. The Founder of The Original Whitmore’s Barbecue. She earned and gained the trust & love of all that supported her in all her businesses.
Vicky have a very kind heart & always share the LOVE of GOD.
Vicky is also a Real Estate Investor, Commercial and residential. She is an active License Real Estate Agent and a Notary Public in the State of Ohio & Life Insurance District Leader both in Ohio & Hawaii.

I recently had a baby shower at Vic’s Event Center and it was wonderful! Leading up to the baby shower, Vicky was very great at communicating and answering all of my questions. Her linens are beautiful that we used and her prices are reasonable for any budget. The venue was clean with enough space to host 60 people for our event. I highly recommend Vic’s Event Center venue.

Can I bring liquor for my event?
Yes, you may only served alcohol to your guest. We do not allow alcohol to be sold at any event.
Is there a hourly minimum to rent the venue for event?
-
Minimum of 4 hrs. If you need more time, there is a fee of $100.00 per hour. This fee will be due prior to the start of your event.
Is a deposit required to hold the date for my event?
Yes, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to hold the date for your event. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. We only accept ZELLE or Credit Card with a $5 fee per transaction.
Does the venue provide decorations?
Yes, we can offer basic decorations: Linen, center pieces,balloon arch and more....
Is a security guard required for my event?
Yes! For every one safety or feel safe, A sworn Police officer is required Per City of South Euclid Odinance1137.03 Please Note, you can not hire your own security guard. We use a Law Enforcement Agency that is approve by the Chief of Police of South Euclid.
